Adventureland

 

Adventureland is the Children's Ministry of New Heart Community Church. Our purpose is to lead children into a personal relationship with Christ and guide them to be spiritual champions. Our Children's ministry exists to GO share Jesus with Children in our community, UNITE them with other Christians, help them grow into INTIMATE relationships with Christ, help them DISCOVER their spiritual gifts and encourage them to EXPRESS their love to God.

Below you will find information about each age group and times and meeting places for each group. 

Sunday Kid's Community

 Explorers (ages newborn through 3 years old) meet meet in Azalea Hall. Please pick up your child by
   11:30am. There is a paging system for nursery and preschool kids community.

 Safari Club (ages 4, 5 & Kindergarten) meet in Azalea Hall. Please pick up your child by 11:30am.

 The Jungle  (grades 1-5) meet in Azalea Hall and will be escorted back to the Activity Center at 11:15am. 


Weekly and Special Meetings

Awana Bible Club meets Thursday evenings from 6:45 to 8:15 and is a fun place to come and study Gods word, play games and make new friends. For children K—12th grade.

Once a month: K—5th grade - Kid centered events to help kids and families connect. Invite a friend. Roller Skating, Swimming,Bowling and much more. Look for ADVENTURE day camps in the summer.

 
February 15-Chili Cook Off for the Family

 
 Join us on Wednesday, February 15th from 6:30- 8:00 p.m. in Azalea hall to raise  money for Haiti. For a donation of $ 2 per person, you can judge the best New Heart Chili, worship in song with Illuminate ( New Heart Youth Band) , bid on items for auction from Haiti and play in the kid's fun area. If you want to sign up to be in the chili cook off, please contact Sandi Kerr at the Info Table on Sundays, starting on Jan. 29 or email : amber@newheart.com or call 707-616-7964.
 
Adventureland Volunteers Needed:
Volunteers are needed to work in the Nursery and Preschool area of Children’s Ministry.  Please contact Amber to get more information or to volunteer (616-7964).
