What we try to do at New Heart is create an environment where people can find freedom. Freedom to be themselves. Freedom from the mundane things of life, from the trappings of busyness, heart-ache and confusion. Freedom to explore and investigate the answers to two questions that we all wrestle with: Why am I here and what happens after I die?
When Jesus walked on this earth, He said that his desire was to give people "life and life to the full". I can't think of a more freeing statement-"freeing people to fully live".
If you're wrestling with the tough questions about life; if you're wondering how to make sense of this crazy world; if you want to live in greater freedom than you have now, then New Heart may be a place to check out.

It is our desire, at New Heart, that individuals experience full freedom in Christ. This means that our focus is no longer on the circumstances of our lives, whether good or bad, but on the purpose that God has for me and my life. I begin to see my life, with all of its trials, as a learning lab—me becoming more like God and less addicted to myself. As I learn and grow, I begin to see how my life is being shaped to serve God with my one life and all of the resources that God has provided for this journey. This is truly walking in freedom.
My journey must first begin with a clear understanding of what it means to be a follower of Jesus—a Christian. It must follow with a growth pattern to maturity—Discipleship. The journey continues with personal development and understanding of my uniqueness-Spiritual Gifts, passions, abilities, personality and experiences. Freedom continues as I put all of these things into play in my service to God…therefore honoring God with my life mission.
At New Heart we recognize that this growth pattern happens best in the context of smaller groups, we also recognize that so many of us have full lives and are not yet connected in a smaller community. Below are links that will help guide you on your journey, but in no way replace the value of the small group experience. We believe that “life transformation” happens best in the context of small groups. It is in this environment that one can receive support as you go through the challenges of life, encouragement as you struggle through the difficulties and accountability as you strive to mature in your faith.
